Users Management¶
The members management page allows you to list, invite, and manage members.
Inviting a member to the organization¶
Warning
Inviting a member requires a global admin role.
The member invitation page allows you to invite a new member to the organization. It is possible to provide emails of the new members by copy pasting bulk emails separated by commas. When inviting members to your Escape tenant, you can also select the roles and projects that the new members will have access to within the organization.
Tip
The roles and projects that the new members will have access to within the organization can be edited in the member details page after the invitation.
Deactivating a member from the organization¶
Warning
Deactivating a member requires a global admin role.
On the panel for editing a member's roles and project, it is possible to deactivate the member by clicking on the "Deactivate User" button. When the member is deactivated, they will not be able to access the organization anymore, and the platform will indicate that the user is deactivated.
Tip
The member can be activated again by clicking on the "Activate User" button.
Audit Logs¶
Critical operations happening on members (inviting, deactivating, activating) are audited and can be viewed in the audit logs page.
