Registration¶
Authentication Methods¶
To register on the Escape platform, first reach out to your admin account or our team.
Our Authentication System is handled by Auth0 by Okta and supports: - Single Sign-On (SSO) - Identity Federation - SAML Authentication
Professional Email Requirements¶
Professional Use Only
Escape is exclusively for professional use. To start using our security platform, you must register with a business email.
Regardless of whether you register using an email/password combination or through single sign-on (using Google), the business email rule is strictly enforced.
Rejected Email Domains¶
The following is a non-exhaustive list of common email domains we currently reject:

Organization Creation¶
When you register with a business email (e.g., me@my-business.com), an organization named my-business.com is automatically created and linked to your account. Subsequent registrations using the same domain will be linked to this organization.
Domain Verification
The organization is tightly coupled to your domain name and will be verified by Escape's staff following your registration.
If your domain is valid and approved, you're ready to start scanning! Should your domain be rejected, you'll be notified by email. If you believe this is a mistake, please reach out to us on our Slack community server.
